Job Title: Cloud Data Architect Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Cloud Data Architect to lead our data strategy and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based data solutions.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing platforms, data architecture, and software engineering principles.

This role involves technical vision, solution design, team leadership, partnership development, and delivery excellence using cloud-based technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Data Strategy Development:
  • Develop and enhance cloud-based data platform offerings and accelerators.
  • Define best practices, architectural standards, and reusable frameworks for cloud-based data platforms.
Technical Leadership:
  • Provide architectural guidance for cloud solution design and implementation.
  • Lead solutioning efforts for proposals, RFIs, and RFPs involving cloud-based data platforms.
  • Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to design standards.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex project challenges.
Delivery Oversight:
  • Support delivery teams with technical expertise across cloud projects.
  • Drive quality assurance, performance optimization, and project risk mitigation.
  • Review project artifacts and ensure alignment with cloud-based data platform best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Talent Development:
  • Build and grow a high-performing cloud capability team.
  • Define skill development pathways and certification goals for team members.
  • Mentor architects, developers, and consultants on cloud technologies.
  • Drive community of practice initiatives to share knowledge and innovations.
Business Development Support:
  • Engage with sales and pre-sales teams to position cloud capabilities.
  • Contribute to account growth by identifying new cloud opportunities.
  • Participate in client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions.
Thought Leadership and Innovation:
  • Build thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and webinars.
  • Stay updated with cloud product enhancements and industry trends.

This role is highly collaborative and will work extremely closely with cross-functional teams to fulfill the above responsibilities.
