Lead Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

Seeking an experienced Senior Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires technical expertise in the design and development of analog and mixed-signal circuits.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in designing and implementing complex analog and mixed-signal circuits. They will also be proficient in using industry leading EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Mixed-mode AMS tools.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits in CMOS processes
- Analyzing technology, architecture, circuit design, and parametric design trade-offs to meet aggressive technical performance specifications
- Performing transistor-level design and simulation using industry leading EDA tools
- Leading comprehensive design reviews
- Supervising Analog Circuit Physical Design Layout and editing layouts
- Collaborating with Digital Design Engineers, CAD, Systems Engineering, Test Engineering and Applications teams to ensure DFT, DFM features and achieve rapid silicon bring-up and time to production release
Required qualifications include:
- MTech/M.S with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or Ph.D. with 2 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering
- Proven track record of taking at least one analog-mixed signal part to high-volume production
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with geographically dispersed teams of mixed-signal, digital, verification engineers
