Leading Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer Lead to oversee the development of analog mixed-signal ICs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in circuit architecture, design, and simulation, as well as experience with EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre.
Responsibilities:- Lead the development of complex analog mixed-signal ICs, including designing and simulating circuits, creating specifications, and reviewing documents.
- Supervise and review the work of junior engineers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect chips for digital field testing and support bench validation, qualification, and final test development.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or Ph.D. with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of taking at least one analog-mixed signal part to high-volume production.
- Strong knowledge of layout effects, circuit design, and simulation techniques.
- Proficiency in EDA tools, including Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Mixed-mode AMS tools.
