Senior Analog-Mixed Signal Design Leader

As a Technical Director of Mixed Signal IC Design, you will lead the development of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits in CMOS or Bi-CMOS processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of analog and mixed-signal architectures and circuits to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and validate complex ICs, focusing on innovation and efficiency.
- Develop and implement design verification plans, utilizing industry-leading EDA tools for transistor-level simulation.
- Supervise and review block designer work, holding regular design reviews to maintain quality and productivity.
- Work closely with digital design engineers, CAD, systems engineering, test engineering, and applications teams to ensure seamless integration and rapid silicon bring-up.
- MTech/M.S. with 10+ years of relevant experience or Ph.D. with 6+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
- Proven track record of taking at least one analog-mixed signal part to high-volume production, showcasing expertise in circuit design and layout.
- Proficiency with EDA tools, including Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Mixed-mode AMS tools, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Extensive knowledge of layout effects for circuit and layout design, with ability to supervise layout designers and drive project success.
