High-Performance Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Designer

Design high-performance analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters is a critical aspect of advanced IC development. This position focuses on creating innovative solutions for high-speed, high-resolution data converter design techniques.
Key qualifications include:
- At least 5 years of experience in designing high-performance analog or mixed-signal ICs.
- Familiarity with bandgap reference, op-amp, comparators, oscillators, DLL, PLL etc., circuit design techniques.
- Strong intuitive understanding of transistor-level circuit design, including noise and mismatch analysis.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing high-performance analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters using advanced CMOS processes.
- Developing transistor-level designs from initial specification through layout supervision and silicon evaluation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introduction.
- Evaluating silicon on bench and utilizing standard lab equipment.
- Utilizing Cadence schematic capture, virtuoso, Spectre, and/or HSPICE circuit simulation tools.
