
Sales Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Create, maintain and expand database of prospects in the assigned region.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Rout qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
- Enable the management of all partner transactions and operations for current accounts.
- Managing partner data and analyzing performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 3-10 years of work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach (LinkedIn and Other professional platforms).
- Experience working with a CRM.
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
