- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills to navigate various systems efficiently.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours including night shifts, demonstrating a willingness to adapt to changing demands.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction above all else.
