**Job Summary:**

We are seeking skilled professionals to manage client relationships and drive sales for our premium wedding services. As a Relationship Manager, your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable and stress-free experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Promote our high-end wedding services in a compelling and persuasive manner to showcase their unique value proposition.
  • Develop customized proposals and quotations working in close coordination with expert wedding planners based on clients' requirements and budget considerations.
  • Secure bookings for wedding services against a token amount.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, including event planners, vendors, and support staff, to ensure successful sales pitches.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients throughout the wedding planning process to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

  • Strong Communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • A flair for sales and relationship management.
  • The ability to handle clients with confidence and professionalism.
  • Fresher or 0-1 Year of experience with a go-getter attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of wedding services, trends, and vendors to effectively advise and guide clients.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
