Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Walking Tree. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and marketing our exquisite jewellery to B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities- Sell and market our jewellery to B2B customers, establishing a strong relationship with them.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales of our jewellery.
- Collaborate with our Product Development team to develop new designs that meet the needs of our customers.
- Review and analyze quotations, cost sheets, and order status to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products.
- Supervise the Order Analysis process to ensure accurate and timely production.
- Plan and manage our marketing efforts for shows and exhibitions, ensuring a strong presence and engagement with our target audience.
- Calm and composed under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Experience in the jewellery industry, with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Passionate about jewellery and fashion, with a keen eye for design and trends.
- Experience in managing teams and handling human resources, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in computer software, including Excel, with excellent data analysis and statistical aptitude.
