We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer to play a vital role in shaping and influencing our federal growth strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative environment with immense growth potential.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will have a strong background in writing proposals for US federal government contracts and a deep understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR). With exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills, they will be able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and have experience supporting proposals across multiple industries (IT, staffing, healthcare, logistics, professional services, etc.). APMP certification or Shipley methodology training would be a significant advantage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Write high-quality proposals that meet the requirements of US federal government contracts.\
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR).\
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement proposal strategies.\
  • Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.\
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in proposal writing.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders.\
  • Continuously improve proposal writing processes and procedures.\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.\
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.\
  • Participate in business development activities such as bid strategy development and RFP response planning.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
  • Provide input on the development of sales materials and marketing collateral.\\
  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform proposal strategies.\\
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of sales forecasts and pipeline reports.\\
  • Support the preparation of sales meetings and presentations.\\
  • Perform analysis and reporting on sales performance.\\

  • Lead and participate in project teams as needed.\\
