Job Title: Senior Database Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high transaction rate databases, including configuration, administration, monitoring, security management, performance optimization, replication, troubleshooting, and backup of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade nodes in high availability clusters.
  • Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, perform capacity planning, and ensure proper reporting in the production environment.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, maintaining, and administering NoSQL databases.
  • 6+ years of experience in designing, maintaining, and administering traditional SQL-based databases.
  • Experience managing message bus infrastructures is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to evangelize technical best practices with databases/data intelligence platforms.
