Job Title: Luxury Experience Manager

The role of a Luxury Experience Manager is to oversee the delivery of exceptional personalized service to elite clients. As part of our core lifestyle management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of high-touch experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure consistent exceptional service delivery across all shifts.
  • Mentor and guide a team of lifestyle executives to uphold service standards and handle client requests across time zones.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients to understand their preferences and proactively offer tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate partnerships with premium vendors and service providers to meet client demands promptly.
  • Resolve client concerns with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Stay ahead of global luxury trends to curate timely recommendations.
  • Develop and implement service processes and performance tracking systems to raise service quality.
  • Generate reports and insights on client satisfaction and team performance to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or client servicing.
  • Open to relocating to Goa.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver white-glove service in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong connections in luxury space with access to exclusive experiences venues and services.
  • Excellent communication skills and multilingual fluency is an advantage.
  • Highly discreet with integrity to handle sensitive client information.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Office and client communication platforms.
  • Willingness to relocate to Goa and work across rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
