We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-end clientele, ensuring they receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and able to anticipate the needs of luxury clients. They will provide personalized consultations to help clients choose jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and occasions.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple clients and provide a high level of attention to detail.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary contact for high-net-worth individuals, providing exceptional service at every interaction.
- Provide personalized consultations to help clients select jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and occasions.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to offer custom jewelry solutions to clients.
- Stay informed of market trends and client preferences to anticipate needs and make relevant recommendations.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a client-facing role within luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
- A keen understanding of fine jewelry or luxury goods is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and provide a high level of attention to detail.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling high-net-worth clients.
