Job Opportunity: Client Relationship Manager

We seek a skilled and organized individual to oversee our client portfolio for a growing business.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, ensuring seamless project execution from initial estimate through delivery.

Liaising with clients, sales staff, and team members is crucial. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to support and lead the Accounts team.

A background in customer-facing roles is desirable, but candidates from other sectors will be considered. A history of high client retention through exceptional service is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams
  • Ensure timely project delivery and effective communication with clients
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to improve services
