Job Opportunity: Corporate Banking Expert

The role involves managing a portfolio of corporate customers to meet financial targets.

This includes developing banking relationships, providing credit services, and enhancing product utilization. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets within the assigned country location.

  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring and quality measurement of the Corporate Banking Unit.
  • Monitor KPI achievements on a periodic basis and take corrective action where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage potential corporate customers and assigned portfolio of existing customers to meet assigned financial and non-financial targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to achieve business goals.
  • Support the framework of RCSA, KRI, Incident reporting and remediation in accordance with Operational Risk Management requirements.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with a Major in Finance, Banking, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration (related field of study).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ideal candidate should possess relevant relationship management experience built on sound credit background.

Maintain high standards of data protection and confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
