Role Summary

We seek skilled and enthusiastic individuals to take on the role of Education Program Specialists. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to prospective students regarding various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by our institution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Counsel prospective students on UG & PG courses, offering in-depth information about program selection and admission processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily walk-ins and telephonic inquiries, following up with leads through phone calls, emails, and online chat platforms.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions, gathering and consolidating participant feedback regularly.
  • Efficiently manage and act on assigned leads from diverse sources, supporting students throughout their decision-making journey with a customer-centric approach.
