As a key player in the field of science, engineering, and technology education and research, we are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design and execution of high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives. This will involve collaborating with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Design and deliver effective workshops, certification programs, and outreach events that meet the needs of our target audience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and track project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely completion and success.
  • Manage databases, generate reports, and maintain accurate documentation to support informed decision-making.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in program/project management, preferably in an education or outreach context.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools is essential.
