**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Engineering for E-Commerce Domain, who will spearhead the growth of our India Development Center, driving technical excellence and innovation in e-commerce platforms serving B2B and B2C customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead engineering teams to develop scalable e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with global product and design teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Foster a culture of engineering excellence, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring platform reliability.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 14 years of experience in Software engineering, with at least 12 years in Software engineering.
  • 5-6 years of experience in the Ecommerce domain, handling web and mobile applications for B2B and B2C customers.
  • Proven track record of managing teams of 30+, guiding them in building performant, secure, and modular systems.

**About the Role:**

As a Director of Engineering for E-Commerce Domain, you will be responsible for developing and executing technical strategies to drive business growth. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your expertise in microservices, APIs, cloud-native development, and platform architecture will be instrumental in shaping our technology roadmap.
