Ambitious Retail Branch ManagerThis is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven retail branch manager to join our team and take on the challenge of managing a retail branch in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, operations, and administration, with experience in building high-quality portfolios, achieving targeted results, tracking repayments, and maintaining branch productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage area sales, branch operations, and administration
- Build a high-quality portfolio for the area
- Achieve targeted results for the branches in the area
- Track and ensure repayment of loans disbursed to the area
- Maintain and deliver branch productivity
- Ensure sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve desired results
- Handhold team members to achieve desired targets
- Field visits with branch teams to handhold in sourcing and collection
- Develop a high-performance sales team and be a team player
- Builid and nurture a team to enable them to achieve high performance
- Ensure 100% compliance to policies and processes, including regulatory matters
- Train team members on products and handhold
Requirements:
- 5-15 years of experience in sales and collection functions
- Experience working with private commercial banks and large banks
- Responsibilities managed in previous organizations (primarily sales and collection)
- Languages: Hindi and English
- Computer skills: Handy with basic Microsoft office
Qualifications:
- Graduation (any stream)
- Post-graduation (MBA preferred)
- Professional qualifications: Graduate and above
