About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Human Resource Information System Manager.

This is a critical position that will play a vital part in supporting our HRIS SAP SuccessFactors system. Key responsibilities include administering configuration, testing, security roles, and troubleshooting, as well as project managing during system implementations and documenting configuration processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession, Onboarding, and Recruiting, and will be able to analyze business and system processes to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and test HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Manage security roles and access to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including training and documentation.
  • Analyze business and system processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Implement new technologies and features to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS administration, with a focus on SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes.
  • Experience working with IT teams to implement and maintain HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based HR systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
