  • Project Execution: Deliver projects according to contractual milestones and requirements.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts effectively, achieving zero defects and timely contractual communications.
  • Design Review Mechanism: Collaborate with vendors to ensure project deliveries meet contractual milestones.
  • Cost Optimization: Implement measures to improve margin and explore opportunities for additional revenue through additional scope or services.
  • ESG Risk Management: Manage all ESG risks affecting project delivery.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain relations with customers at all levels.
  • Safety & Quality Culture: Foster a culture of safety and quality, aiming for zero fatal accidents and minimal COPQ.

Requirements:

  • People Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve objectives.
