Job Title: IT Delivery Lead

As an IT Delivery Lead, you will oversee the delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality results. Your role will involve developing project plans, monitoring progress, and reporting to stakeholders.

This position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and customers
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Measure project performance using appropriate metrics and tools
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience working with remote teams and managing distributed resources
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 15 years of experience in project management
