Job Title: Digital Business Lead
The role of Digital Business Lead involves overseeing the strategic growth and development of digital business initiatives across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance Management: Develop and implement strategies to achieve embedded insurance sales targets for assigned channels, ensuring seamless processes and efficient productivity management.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and drive cross-selling across multiple business lines, fostering innovation and revenue growth.
- Distribution Strategy: Manage digital distribution, strategy, and innovation, as well as partner onboarding and competition benchmarking to stay ahead in the market.
- Target Metrics Management: Oversee multiple target business metrics, such as penetration, product mix, cancellation, persistency, and claims portfolio, to maximize revenue and ensure scalable growth.
- Sales Promotions and Campaigns: Design and execute sales promotions, campaigns, and create sales enablers to enhance learning and development requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Engage in strategic planning to ensure scalability of top-line and bottom-line growth, working on multiple projects to implement Digital & InsurTech initiatives.
- Process Management: Ensure seamless processes to enable ease of sale, quality improvement, increased productivity, and control over business leakage.
- Distribution Network Setup: Establish a distribution network through retail sales, partnerships, and other channels, driving revenue and growth.
- Relationship Management: Foster key relationships within and outside the organization across multiple ecosystems to increase bundled and non-bundled insurance business.
- Compliance and Operations: Collaborate with internal compliance, finance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Qualifications: Strong educational background and relevant experience in digital business, sales, or related fields.
- Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to change.
