Digital Growth Specialist Role

We're seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to join our team, someone who excels in driving measurable outcomes across digital channels.

This role is all about strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will work across multiple brands, identifying high-impact opportunities, experimenting quickly, and optimizing for results.

The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing roles where they owned or influenced results across SEO, paid, content, or CRO. They should also have a track record of identifying growth levers and acting on them quickly and effectively.

As a key member of our team, you'll need to be energized by movement, action, and iteration. You should be collaborative, self-aware, and generous with your knowledge, with a bias toward forward motion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth initiatives across websites, SEO, local listings, content, remarketing, and conversion optimization
  • Prioritize speed-to-experimentation and velocity-to-impact
  • Build and refine systems that generate and convert demand across digital channels
  • Design and execute agentic workflows that free up time for higher-value strategic and creative work

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital marketing roles where you owned or influenced results across SEO, paid, content, or CRO
  • A track record of identifying growth levers and acting on them quickly and effectively
  • Strong business acumen: you make decisions that align with growth, profitability, and lead quality
  • Proven ability to use AI and automation tools to deliver measurable outcomes
