Job Title:

  • We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth in existing borrower business across all product lines.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers to increase the percentage of business coming in from existing borrowers.
  • This role involves leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • You will plan and execute all xsell programs using digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
  • The specialist will measure and report performance of existing borrower business, including percentage change, value, conversion rate, and conversion by vintage.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is essential to create campaigns focused on business KPIs.
  • A strong analytical mind is required to evaluate end-to-end xsell campaigns.
  • Experience in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, as well as managing DIY journeys, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
