About the Role
As a Senior Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and drive growth for our business-to-business (B2B) category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engagements and programs with B2C account management teams
  • Develop scalable performance modules for B2B account managers in coordination with business intelligence teams
  • Drive seller programs to improve B2B pricing adoption coverage in coordination with Amazon's global teams

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
