About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with C# Selenium to join our QA team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing tools and monitoring solutions, ensuring application reliability, scalability, and responsiveness under load.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Automation Test Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# with Selenium WebDriver and SpecFlow for BDD-style testing.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Create and execute automation test plans and test cases across web-based applications.
  • Scripting and Workflow Optimization: Utilize scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash to enhance test automation and streamline workflows.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product owners in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Defect Management: Track and manage defects, bugs, and development tasks using JIRA, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
  • Data Validation: Write and execute SQL queries for backend data validation and to support test scenarios.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Generate and maintain test reports, dashboards, and key quality metrics for stakeholders.
  • Test Strategy and Coverage: Participate in test planning, estimation, and documentation of test strategies and coverage.
  • Regression Testing and CI/CD Integration: Support regression testing and ensure automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills:

  • Test Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience in test automation using C# and Selenium WebDriver.
  • BDD Experience: Experience in behavior-driven development (BDD) using SpecFlow.
  • Scripting Language Proficiency: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • JIRA Skills: Strong experience using JIRA for bug tracking, task management, and working with agile boards.
  • Software Testing Knowledge: Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle, automation frameworks, and QA best practices.
  • SQL Query Writing: Hands-on experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for test data validation.
