Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive growth and engagement across school fan pages in Anantapur. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in short-form video creation, social media campaigns, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality videos weekly for Reels/Shorts, testimonials, event highlights, and publish daily shorts across YouTube & social media.
  • Design static posts weekly using graphics, carousels, and stories.
  • Update weekly Google My Business posts.
  • Determine 15% monthly follower growth and 10%+ engagement rates.
  • Share weekly updates with photos, events, and announcements.
  • Drive 6+ Google reviews per location per month.
  • Execute localized digital campaigns on a monthly basis.
  • Train students to create content via Social Media Clubs.
  • Track and report key performance indicators with actionable insights.

Performance Metrics:

  • 5 videos/week | Daily shorts | 5+ static posts/week
  • 15% follower growth (monthly) | 10%+ engagement rate
  • 6+ Google reviews/location/month

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on short-form video creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Proven track record in achieving 15%+ monthly account growth.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
