Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to launch, manage, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns with a focus on driving leads for small and medium-sized businesses in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and Manage Digital Campaigns: Strategically plan and execute targeted advertising initiatives to reach local and regional SMBs in the USA.
  • Test and Scale: Utilize data-driven insights to inform campaign decisions, validate results, and scale successful campaigns.
  • Optimize Campaign Structure: Ensure campaign setup, creative assets, ad copy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies are optimized for maximum performance.
  • Provide Insights: Deliver regular reports and actionable recommendations (CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, etc.) to stakeholders.
  • Own Campaign Performance: Take ownership of campaign results and ensure meeting lead and sales KPIs.

You Must Have:

  • Digital Advertising Certification: Mandatory certification in Google Ads or similar platforms.
  • Experience in Targeted Advertising: Proven experience running targeted ads for SMBs.
  • Strong Understanding of SMB Segments: A deep understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in setting up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for max performance.
  • Communication and Ownership: Strong communication, English proficiency, and ownership of results.
