Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for maximizing donations and achieving monthly fundraising targets through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Development and Optimization: Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve maximum returns and meet monthly fundraising targets.
- Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies.
- Mandatory Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business (or related field) with 3 years of experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in the Indian market.
- Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
