About the Role:

- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information.
- Develop effective time management skills and work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and dispatch business orders, and close completed tasks.
- Prioritize reports based on collected data for clients.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and papers, and log incidents through software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to deal with diverse types of people and situations.
