Job Title: Project Leader

Experience Required: 5 to 8 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Leader with a strong background in coordinating and managing projects in Agile software development environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Agile software development projects by supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and project milestones.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal Agile teams (developers, testers, UX/UI designers) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, partners) to align on project objectives and requirements.
  • Maintain and distribute Agile project documentation including sprint plans, product backlogs, user stories, and retrospectives.
  • Track sprint progress, impediments, and dependencies; escalate issues and coordinate resolution to maintain sprint velocity and delivery timelines.
  • Organize and coordinate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support release planning and coordinate deployment activities in collaboration with DevOps and QA teams.
  • Promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and feedback sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in project coordination or management, with at least 3 years in Agile software development environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
