About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Operations Manager to oversee and manage our academic programs.

The ideal candidate will ensure quality academic delivery, coordinate stakeholders efficiently, and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Preference is given to candidates with experience in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight
    • Ensure tasks assigned to coordinators and Relationship Managers are completed accurately and on time.
    • Monitor daily homework distribution to students and address process gaps promptly.
    • Track tests conducted and update test sheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Data Management and Coordination
    • Maintain and update the academic student database regularly.
    • Collaborate with the accounts team to complete trial sheets and send fee messages to students and parents.
    • Maintain a clear overview of students, teachers, and classes at all times.
  • Stakeholder Interaction
    • Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by coordinators or RMs professionally.
    • Communicate effectively with teachers and parents as needed.
  • Resource Management
    • Share relevant resource materials with teachers and students timely.
    • Search for and procure books or materials that align with student needs and requirements.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Work closely with teachers to maintain high academic standards and excellence.
    • Monitor the overall academic experience and provide feedback for improvement.
