Faculty Position in Arts Program

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified faculty member to teach undergraduate students in our Bachelor of Arts program. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant subject and strong teaching experience.

  • Teach courses as per curriculum guidelines and develop academic lesson plans, study materials, and assignments.
  • Conduct lectures, tutorials, and interactive sessions to engage students effectively.
  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and viva.
  • Guide students in academic projects, research work, and seminars.
  • Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and departmental meetings.
  • Mentor and counsel students for academic and career development.
  • Engage in research and publications to enhance the institution's reputation.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and ensure discipline within the institution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant subject with minimum 55% marks.
  • NET/Ph.D. in the respective subject is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in higher education.
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to engage students effectively.
  • Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning.
