Job Title: Beverage Service Specialist

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee cart and surrounding areas.
  3. Restock supplies and equipment as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Process transactions and handle guest payments efficiently.
  5. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Maintain awareness of product knowledge and menu offerings to make informed recommendations to guests.
  7. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  8. Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down equipment and cleaning the workspace.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the workspace.
