As a skilled Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests. Your primary focus will be on creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication.
  • Promoting the hotel's services and facilities by providing recommendations and showcasing our offerings.
  • Ensuring personal safety and the safety of others in the workplace by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Serving beverages and/or food in a courteous and professional manner, preparing drinks according to standard recipes, and managing cashier duties at the bar.
  • Developing detailed knowledge of our beverage menu and confidently explaining options to guests, as well as maintaining knowledge of menus across all outlets to assist with guest recommendations.
  • Properly setting up the bar daily, requisitioning and stocking necessary items, and preparing fresh fruit, juices, and perishables.
  • Greeting guests warmly, promoting drink orders, mixing, garnishing, and presenting beverages to standard recipes while practicing portion control.
  • Verifying guest identification for legal drinking age, monitoring and managing guest inebriation, and adhering to liquor laws and licensing regulations.
  • Accurately inputting orders, creating guest checks, managing cash, verifying charges, and ensuring the proper execution of vouchers.
  • Closing duties include securing all stock and equipment at the end of the shift, completing cash drops, and ensuring bar cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensuring that all service procedures meet required standards, personally taking responsibility for guest experiences within your designated area.
  • Maximizing revenue through upselling techniques, maintaining high service standards, and applying effective guest engagement strategies.
  • Maintaining a positive, professional demeanor at all times, avoiding offensive or impolite behavior, and prioritizing guest service and satisfaction.
  • Promptly reporting any accidents or incidents to the Manager.
  • Carrying out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
