Job Title: Murex Upgrade Program Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Murex upgrade program manager to lead our offshore delivery team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Murex architecture and end-to-end processes, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the offshore delivery team to deliver the Murex upgrade program.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the project, including project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
  • Manage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, issues, critical path activities, and track their mitigations, resolution, and come up with solutions.
  • Provide status updates to all stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • At least 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations.
  • At least 6+ years of experience in Murex Project Management & Program Management.
  • Strong understanding of Murex Architecture & ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
  • Subject Matter Expert in at least one Murex Module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting or Front Office).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Offshore delivery management experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience on handling at least one Murex upgrade project, project management tools exposure (Jira etc.) & scrum certification.
