Job Title: Senior Project Management Office Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced senior project management office consultant with expertise in product lifecycle management, particularly PTC Windchill, to lead a global project upgrading and modernizing Windchill systems.

This strategic project has high visibility and impact within the healthcare and life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing change control processes, executing projects while ensuring business continuity, platform modernization, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will develop detailed project plans and implementation schedules, incorporating project management best practices and stakeholder requirements. They will also oversee validation protocols and compliance deliverables in accordance with FDA and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of a Windchill upgrade, ensuring seamless integration between Windchill and SAP NSP/ECC systems.
  • Develop and implement project governance structures, including steering committees and RAID logs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and enforce service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate BOM structures and ECN workflows.
  • Drive organizational change management through training plans, communications, and adoption metrics.

This role supports a high-priority global program focused on upgrading and modernizing PLM systems. As a senior project management office consultant, you will be responsible for leading this project from initiation to closure, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
