Technical Infrastructure Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and optimize infrastructure systems, ensure system security, and perform maintenance or upgrades with minimal business impact.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks, including Exchange Online and Teams. They will also be proficient in building and deploying services using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should be able to foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibit optimism in challenging situations, and decompose complex problems into manageable components.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize infrastructure systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.
  • Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management.
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services.
  • Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications.
  • Maintain automation scripts and enhance functionality.
  • Follow industry best practices and quality assurance standards.
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades with minimal business impact, including on-call duty.
  • Analyze systems and participate in design and engineering projects.
  • Configure prototypes, deliver products, and manage solution implementation and vendor performance.
