Web3 Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Product Manager to spearhead the growth and development of our Instanodes product.
This role requires a strong vision for product strategy, market analysis, user research, and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating user needs into detailed product specifications, prioritizing features, and managing the product backlog.
About the Role- Product Visionary: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Instanodes, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Market Analyst: Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitor offerings, and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- User Researcher: Deeply understand the needs and pain points of Web3 developers and businesses through user research, customer interviews, and data analysis.
- Product Developer: Translate user needs into detailed product specifications and user stories, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
- Growth Strategist: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and releases.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Foster a collaborative and high-performing product team environment, mentor, and guide junior product team members.
- Business Acumen: Own the P/L for Instanodes, focusing on revenue generation, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Fundraising Expertise: Support fundraising efforts by developing compelling investment materials, presenting to investors, and contributing to due diligence processes.
