Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to act as the primary point of contact for assigned international retail accounts.

This key member of our team will be responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle from confirmation to on-time delivery, ensuring flawless execution through coordination with production, supply chain, QA, and logistics teams.

  • Manage orders from confirmation to timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, quality assurance, and logistics departments for seamless execution.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and resolve issues proactively.
  • Evaluate compliance with international standards for quality, audits, packaging, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing and new accounts.
  • Analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to support business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing international retail accounts.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cookware manufacturing processes and global compliance standards.
  • Expertise in export merchandising, order execution, and supply chain coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

About You:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in key account management/export business, preferably in cookware, kitchenware, or home categories.
  • Prior experience handling large-format international retailers is essential.
