Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers, providing detailed product information, driving sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, recommending products, processing transactions, and maintaining a tidy workspace. The role also involves staying updated with product knowledge and participating in sales training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service
  • Comprehensive Product Knowledge in high-end audio and home cinema solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet sales goals
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in the electronics or audio-visual industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in sales or marketing is a plus
