The Role

As a Customer Support Associate, you will ensure timely assistance, seamless resolutions, and genuinely cared-for guests. You will be the first point of contact for users booking experiences.

  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Assist with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and troubleshooting.
  • Liaise with experience providers and internal teams to resolve guest concerns.
  • Maintain records of guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Use a friendly and helpful tone in all communication.
  • Suggest improvements to streamline the customer experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, making someone's day better with every interaction.
