Job Title: Automation Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the automation of various industrial processes. To accomplish this, one must have in-depth knowledge of hardware and software components.

Key responsibilities include designing logical workflow, defining data input and output parameters, analyzing customization functions, and conceptualizing design and development.

A strong understanding of SCADA systems, Historian, MES & related software projects is crucial for success in this position.

Proficiency in Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB, SQL, MS SSRS query building and reporting template design is also essential.

  • Designing Electronic Recipe Processes
  • Automation, Troubleshooting, Managing Re-Work While Testing
  • Implementation of Upgrades and Patching
  • Customization Functions, Design and Development

Familiarity with Opcenter Execution Pharma (Erstwhile SIMATIC IT eBR) and knowledge of Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules such as User management, PI Management, PI Process, PI Review, Weighing & dispensing, XSI console, Equipment Management, Material Flow management, Weigh & Dispense, PI Assembly are highly valued.

A successful candidate will possess excellent technical expertise, a strong analytical mind, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
