About the Role:

This role focuses on applying Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, and Machine Learning to deliver business solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment of solutions – following CRISP-DM methodologies.
  2. Optimization methodologies including linear/integer/nonlinear programming and heuristics for finding the best solution to the business problem.
  3. Requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, transforming findings into tasks.
  4. Improving existing pipelines through proactive approach and suggestion of improvements.
  5. Creation and following of standards to improve competency quality.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ of DS/Operations Research experience.
  • Experience in optimization methodologies, including use of various optimization libraries (e.g. CPLEX, Gurobi, ortools, etc.).
  • Strong Python coding skills (including Object oriented programming concepts), including using ML libraries and basic working knowledge of SQL.
  • Cloud technologies (preferred MS Azure, GCP nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with theory behind various machine learning concepts.
  • CRISP-DM projects delivery and Agile project (like Scrum, Kanban) experience.
