This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about generating actionable insights that can support global projects in women's empowerment, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

You will be conducting in-depth research, collecting reliable data as per direction, and providing evidence-based recommendations to strengthen our international initiatives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research on topics related to education, entrepreneurship, and social development.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from credible sources.
  • Prepare structured research reports, white papers, and knowledge briefs.
  • Identify global and regional trends to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide data-backed insights.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in research and data handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Research, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (experience with research databases is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
