Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our data-driven initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop predictive models for risk assessment, focusing on scorecards and early warning systems.
- Design and implement data systems from scratch to support lending operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
- Promote informed decision making through data analytics, MIS reporting, and portfolio insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk models into operational processes.
- Contribute to automation of underwriting workflows and process enhancements.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data science or risk analysis, preferably in NBFC or lending sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of unsecured personal loans and lending procedures.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, PowerBI, and Excel for data analysis and modeling.
- Familiarity with RBI norms, compliance standards, and digital lending practices.
- Able to work effectively with limited data or proxy indicators to inform strategic decisions.
