Oil and Gas Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled instructor to deliver high-quality training programs for oil and gas professionals. As our new instructor, you will be responsible for teaching IWCF Well Control and IADC Well Sharp courses both in-person and virtually.

  • Maintain and update course materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Develop new training programs and modify existing curriculum to meet client needs.
  • Deliver key information to diverse groups of people, helping participants obtain the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
  • Develop interpersonal skills while creating thorough lesson plans.
  • Manage time and people effectively, providing prompt feedback on training assessments and participant behavior.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a structured approach to work. Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must hold relevant certifications such as IWCF Drilling Certificate – Supervisor Level 4 Certificate (Surface & Subsea), IWCF Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea), IADC Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea), and IADC Well Service & Workover Certificate – Instructor Certificate.
