We are seeking a seasoned Scaffold Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient erection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolds in an oil & gas field setting. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Erect and dismantle scaffolds according to manufacturer's instructions and industry standards.">
  • Conduct regular inspections of scaffolds to ensure they are secure and compliant with regulations.">
  • Maintain accurate records of scaffold inspections, maintenance, and repairs.">
  • Collaborate with site managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement safety procedures and protocols.">
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of scaffold types, materials, and erection procedures.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in oil & gas field with similar experience as a scaffold supervisor.">
  • Strong knowledge of scaffolding scope of work, including document maintenance and progress monitoring.">
  • The ability to speak and write fluently in English.">
  • A solid understanding of HSE risk assessments and toolbox discussions.">
  • The ability to inspect and organize scaffolding for certification and recommend changes as required.">
