Senior Quality Manager Position Available

About the Role:

The Senior Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance process, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and other applicable certifications.

This includes incoming materials inspection, final product evaluation, and implementing robust quality plans. The incumbent will also coordinate third-party laboratory tests, maintain accurate documentation records, and monitor performance indicators within the Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure products meet rigorous quality standards and internal/external requirements
  • Develop and implement quality plans covering raw materials, purchased components, and finished products
  • Oversee incoming material inspection and ensure compliance with quality specifications
  • Act as the ISO 9001 Management Representative, ensuring QMS standards compliance and coordinating audits
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Implement CSAT monitoring processes and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns effectively
  • Drive quality achievements and performance improvement initiatives throughout the organization
  • Analyze performance data against set parameters and facilitate corrective and preventive actions
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, ISO implementation, and CSAT monitoring is essential. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS, documentation, and certification processes is required.

Experience with statistical quality control methods and CSAT monitoring tools is also necessary. Essential skills include quality management systems, customer satisfaction initiatives, performance monitoring, ISO 9001, and MS Office and data analysis software.
